To help you search this site for items that interest you we have indexed the material by category and topic. At the category level, each contribution is indexed according to the name of the contributor and the type of contribution they are making (such as a book or article review, a blog, a conference or seminar paper, or a conference or seminar call).

To sort by topic we ask contributors to provide up to ten key words or phrases (tags) relating to the content of their piece. This includes the subject areas (such as contemporary slavery, child exploitation, historical slavery), and the themes of the contribution.

Another way to search, if you are interested in all the posts of a specific author or in a specific category, for example, is to click the links at the bottom of each post, as shown in this example.

Clicking on the date will display all posts from that day. Clicking on ‘Blog Entries’ will display all contributions indexed as blog entries, and clicking on Authors Name will display all his posts.’
